I LOVE pumpkin pie! As a matter of a fact I could eat it year round. Of course, once I found out how healthy pumpkins are as well as their seeds I feel justified in indulging in this fall treat. I eat the decadent kind once or twice a year but I have found so many healthy ways to prepare similar dishes by adding cinnamon or any pumpkin pie spices that I can enjoy this all the time!
