A Culprit is Found!

Seventy percent of American adults are currently overweight and it's not just calories, fat and carbs that are to blame. The next culprit is SALT!

Salt increases your thirst for sugary drinks and hunger for more salty foods and it triggers bloating. Overall it leads to eating more calories and translates into a higher number when you step on the scales.

Hence, too much salt hurts our health in many ways and can make us fat.

Do like I do and cook with more tasty herbs or a sea veggie with natural salt. Bring your own herbal shaker to a restaurant and ask for food to be cooked without salt and add your own flavors when the meal arrives!
